Hey don't give up hope, I certainly haven't. In fact, I've been spreading a
rumor around of <free> Screamernet licenses with LW4.0. I've been fishing
for some sort of response to this from NewTek or someone else in the know,
no luck so far. This rumor supposedly came from a Flyer Demo a couple
months ago, I read it on the net. It makes sense to me, 3DS is <the> target
for LW-PC and 3DS comes with a multiple-CPU render license. Then again, it
costs 3x what LW4.0 will go for.
Anyone from NewTek wanna slap me around for spreading vicious lies? ;)
Later,
D.

Darren Metcalfe I speak for I. I don't think I've violated a NDA,
imedia@teleport.com then again, I never signed one. Do you have the
slightest what I'm on about? What's the <best>
way to skin a cat (in Lightwave)?
